Conference fee
The conference fee is 250 EUR if paid before July 15, 2011, for later payment it is 300 EUR. PhD students may apply for a reduced conference fee (125 EUR if paid before July 15, 2011, for later payment 150 EUR) by arranging a recommendation letter from their advisors sent to scalars@fuw.edu.pl.
For accompanying persons there are two options for the conference fee:
- 75 EUR, includes welcome reception, conference dinner and a sight-seeing tour
- 100 EUR, includes welcome reception, conference dinner, lunches and a sight-seeing tour
The reference for bank transfer should specify what selection has been made by each accompanying person.
The participants are requested to pay the conference fee by a bank transfer to:

If the bank transfer is made after August 1, participants are kindly requested to present confirmation of the payment at the registration. In absolutely exceptional cases the conference fee could be also be paid in cash (equivalent in PLN only) at the registration desk.

- selected sight-seeing tour,
- a ticket to Chopin Festival concert.
