The best way is to take a bus 175 from the airport. Bus tickets are available from vending machines at bus stops or from bus drivers (exact amount in cash is needed). Price for a 40-minute time-limit ticket is 3.80 zloty. It entitles to as many changes of lines as necessary within 40 min, trip to the Central Railway Station (located at the city center) takes about 24 min. Don't forget to validate ticket inside a bus. Your final stop is Uniwersytet (33 min from the Terminal 2 at the airport).

Taxis are available directly at the exit doors of all terminals (transportation offered by unauthorized persons is neither cheap nor safe). Taxi prices vary between the companies (2 - 3 PLN/km day rate, with 50% late night and weekend surcharge). Taxi can be also ordered by phone: 19191 (MPT Taxi), 22 6777777(Merc Taxi), 22 6444444 (Sawa Taxi).
